1 -2 – 3 COME TO STORYTIME WITH ME!
Storytime has begun! Beginning February 1 at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Miss. LeAnn takes you on a 45 minute adventure every week. Sign up today, late arrivals are welcome. Please remember this program is for 3, 4 and 5 year old children. Storytime is a free program to introduce young ones to the wonderful world of books, making new friends and time away from mommy’s and daddy’s. Storytime ends April 26, 2010.

Summer Reading
“Be Creative” for the children and “Express Yourself” for teens are the themes for this years Summer Reading Program. June 8th is the starting date and the program will end July 10th. Start now to be a part of the Stanton Co. Public Library Summer Reading Program. You won’t want to miss the exciting programs we have planned.
Monday - June 8th – 4:00p.m. - Jason Huneke – Come watch Jason juggle everything from knives, jugs & boxes. He also rides a unicycle while juggling.
Wednesday – June 17th- 4:00p.m. - Dan, Dan the Magic Man – Join us once again for the library’s favorite magic man. Dan, Dan will be entertaining us again this year with his special magic tricks.
Friday – June 19th – 2:00p.m. – Movie Day for K-5th grades
Tuesday - June 23 – 9″00 a.m.- Skippy Jon Jones – If you haven’t ever met Skippy while reading his funny stories you won’t want to miss this program. The one and only Skippy will be joining us at this program as librarians read about him and tell his story.
Monday – June 29 – 3:00 p.m. – Smokey Hills (PBS) – Crafts, stories and more will be the highlights of this program. Smokey Hills Public Television Station employees will teach us & entertain us again this year.
Monday – July 6th – 10;00 a.m. – Bob Goodin- GO WILD! With Bob we will be taking an ecological look at the magic in our own back yards. You won’t want to miss this colorful program.
Friday – July 10th – Your book list needs to be turned into the librarians by 5:00 pm.
Saturday – July 11th – Brent Dillinger – Yo-Yo Champ. Don’t miss this exhibition as Brent entertains us again with his Yo-Yo tricks….and in the dark too.
This program will be happening at the High School Auditorium Saturday morning. When Brent finishes all Summer Reading participants are invited to the library for a cookout.
